Excel Tip - Transposing Data
If you have ever found yourself entering data
in columns and later discovered it should have been entered in
rows or vice versa, try this Paste Special trick to avoid
re-entering the data.
Select the range
of cells to be transposed
From the Edit menu choose Copy
Select a blank cell
From the Edit menu choose Paste Special and check the
Transpose checkbox
Use this tip to change a range that's been
entered in columns so it's rearranged by rows or vice versa.
