Occasionally you will find that when you log into the Cisco
Clean Access Agent you receive an error:
"Network Error: SSL certificate REV failed [12057]"
Follow these instructions to fix the problem
- Open up Internet Explorer
- Click on Tools>Internet Options
- Click on the Advanced tab
- Scroll down towards the bottom to the Security section
- Uncheck "Check for server certificate revocation"
- Close Internet Explorer and the Clean Access Agent
- Start the Clean Access Agent and log in
