Network error logging in to Clean Access

Occasionally you will find that when you log into the Cisco Clean Access Agent you receive an error:
"Network Error:  SSL certificate REV failed [12057]"

Follow these instructions to fix the problem

  1. Open up Internet Explorer
  2. Click on Tools>Internet Options
  3. Click on the Advanced tab
  4. Scroll down towards the bottom to the Security section
  5. Uncheck "Check for server certificate revocation"
  6. Close Internet Explorer and the Clean Access Agent
  7. Start the Clean Access Agent and log in
