Being connected to any network may involve
security risks including viruses. Ouachita is not
responsible for damages resulting from connection to the
network. We recommend taking appropriate measures such as
using antivirus software and regular computer backups

Network Account - Your computer
account is automatically assigned to you the first time
you register for school and remains active as long as you
are enrolled.

Web site for students - Ouachita has a
web site containing important student information called
Tigernet which is located at http://tigernet.obu.edu.

Web Portal - Ouachita also has a
secure web portal with personal academic and financial
information. This informational web site may be
found at http://info.obu.edu/student.

E-mail - A main source of
communication at Ouachita is e-mail. TigerMail (http://tigermail.obu.edu)
is a web based e-mail program provided for students.
