Norton Antivirus for Mac OS X

Norton AntiVirus can help keep your computer protected from viruses. This program is now available for download.  In order to maximize the effectiveness of Norton AntiVirus, follow the steps below.

1. These tools are intended for use only for Macintosh OS X systems.
2. Update your Macintosh to the latest version of the operating system available for your computer. (Using Apple > Software Update).
3. Uninstall any previous versions of Norton or Symantec AntiVirus, McAfee, AVG, etc. (If you have trouble uninstalling Norton AntiVirus, you may try their removal tool found here.)
4. Download Symantec AntiVirus
5. Once you have downloaded the .zip file. Double click the .zip file to unarchive the program.
6. Now double click the Norton Anti Virus installer file.
