Being connected to any network may involve security risks including viruses.  Ouachita is not responsible for damages resulting from connection to the network.  We recommend taking appropriate measures such as using antivirus software and regular computer backups

Mailbox closed e-mail message

Even though you may not have many items in the Inbox, the size of the messages is what matters.  Here are 3 things to try if you receive the mailbox closed message:

  • Delete any messages in the Deleted Messages folder 

  • Delete any messages in the Sent Items folder 

  • Save any sizeable attachments and delete the message containing the attachment

I'm having trouble logging on to TigerMail

  • Verify that you are typing the correct password. Type the username and password before pressing enter. 

  • Make sure the caps lock is off. 

  • Set your TigerMail password

When I sign up for an account I get a message saying the information supplied does not match my student record or that I am not authorized to sign up.

Come by Cone-Bottoms 250 and verify your ID#, birth date, and social security number.  An account can be created for you when you come in.
